"For me personally the last two years to work with Riccardo were a vast experience and always a pleasure. His patience and his goodwill makes the work with him a real gift.

One needs to find on his own the people he wants to work with. Nontheless, if you have found your way to Riccardo you can already consider yourself lucky. I am sure it will be a fruitful work together".

"What I found, when joining the first lesson with Riccardo? First of all: energetic body work to prepare my body and therefore my mind for further introspection. Then guided and “non guided” meditation help me to find my center and stillness. Tai chi as a spiritual concept and a martial art lead to the relaxed mind and high energetic body which nurture my soul and improve my health.

These concepts are given to you by a teacher who is on one side warm-hearted as a mother and on the other side focused as a fearless father. The group of souls who meet regularly to work on ourselves, and yes, it is hard work, have grown together as a family. I have never shared so much “time” in stillness with somebody else. I am very fortunate to be here and now.

If your heart is longing for conscious change like mine you show up every week and suddenly two years passed by."

"Riccardo is one of the best Tai Chi teachers - or teachers at all - I know. He is not only 100% convinced of what he teaches ... he also lives it. You can't expect more as a student. I would recommend Tai Chi to everyone. It settles you, it's good for your body and mind, and brings you closer to yourself."

"When going through life, everyone is a teacher and at the same time a student. Riccardo is one of the very important teachers in my life. He helped me to open the door to the world of TAIJI. Practicing meditation and Taiji became essential parts of my life, and I am very grateful for this. Taiji is showing me how to feel stable and rooted in myself while at the same time moving like water – not only doing the movements but becoming the movement. So Riccardo’s teachings go beyond the physical level of martial arts. He has the special gift to put complex and deep philosophical wisdoms in simple and clear to understand words that speak right from the heart. Thank you Riccardo for your great way of teaching!"

"One of my best decision ever was to start the Thai Chi practice with Riccardo as my first Tai Chi teacher in the year 2018 in Vienna.

At the beginning I was very ill and therefore very weak. I simply had no energy at all.

I felt embarrassed about it. But nevertheless I got the chance to start the Tai Chi practice.

Riccardo teached us each week – me and the other Thai Chi participants – in a very sensitive and respectful way step by step not only the special Tai Chi techniques and Tai Chi form but also the meaning of Tai Chi and meditation and how important it is to practise every day. Yeah, he is a really good motivator for the daily Tai Chi training! 😊

And so each time after the Tai Chi lesson with Riccardo in our Tai Chi group I went at home with more energy than before the lesson. 😊

And I experienced that the Thai Chi practice really leads to a very deep relaxation of my vegetative nervous system. (much more than the Yoga sessions which I was doing in former times). The very slow movements, which made me yawning a lot, were salutary for me.

Finally the Tai Chi practice helped me to recovered from my illness and I could reach a good energy level again.

Riccardo is a very good teacher also because he can respond to everyone individually.

And although I prefer the personal live practice, now in the Corona time I was and I am still happy that Riccardo is offering online Tai Chi and meditation lessons (the rock in the surf!)

So I really can recommend to do Tai Chi and meditation with Riccardo who is one of the best Tai Chi teachers in the world."

Hi, my name is Martin and I attend Riccardo's Chen-style tai chi class for about 3 Years now.

I started Tai Chi in 2000 and train at least on a weekly basis since then. After several different courses and quite a few teachers, I found in Riccardo a very experienced tai chi teacher. For me, his broad view on the topic is something, that I never found before and it helps so much to understand the essence or meaning of the form. I learned so many bits and pieces from the different teachers in the past, but I never learned, how the different aspects of the form go together, mainly because the former teachers either did not know themselves or did not tell. I believe, that it is crucial, to understand all of the key aspects of the seperate movements in the form and how theses aspects fit together - like the pieces of a puzzle form the whole picture in the end. Till now, I discovered the following key aspects for me, I would call them the spiritual background, the martial art aspect, the relaxation and recreational part and the focus on its own energy-flow. For me these aspects feel like the why, the what and the how of the tai chi form. Only if I take into account all of these aspects, most of the movements and the way, how it feels "right" to execute them, makes sense.

As a summary, I enjoy the class with Riccardo and would definitely recommend his classes for experienced students with several years of tai chi experience."

"Since I was 12 years I have done material arts. I have done karate and jiu jitsu for almost 10 years now. I learned many techniques and the physical training was hard. But parts of me always needed more. Something that leads my mind, my soul. Something more deeply than physical training. That is what lead me to tai chi. Thank to tai chi I found peace within myself for the first time. Tai chi helps me to quiet my thoughts, which helps me to concentrate, fights anxiety or other mental blocks and helps me to feel my body much more intensively. Tai chi opened me the door to get get to know myself better and gives me many opportunities to get in contact with myself on a whole different level as i did know before. I wouldn’t want to miss it."
